Shimano PLAYS 3000A Electric Reel
Overview
Power when you need it. Simplicity when you want it.
The Shimano PLAYS 3000A is built for anglers who want to explore deeper water without making the fishing experience unnecessarily complicated.
Compact and surprisingly easy to handle, the PLAYS 3000A combines a powerful MUTEKI high-speed, high-torque motor with a refined electric drive system to deliver confident, consistent winding power when the depth gets serious and the fish start fighting back.
With a 15 kg maximum drag and 6.5 kg of practical winding power, the PLAYS 3000A is capable of handling a wide range of offshore targets, from snapper and kingfish to deep-water species and demanding bottom-fishing applications. Its 150 m/min maximum winding speed also allows anglers to quickly recover line and return to the strike zone.
The Fire Mach System enhances free-spool performance, helping the rig descend quickly and efficiently through the water column. Combined with Shimano's Fine Dot LCD display, the reel provides clear information and straightforward control even under bright sunlight.
Designed to deliver the essential performance of a serious electric reel without unnecessary complexity, the PLAYS 3000A is an ideal choice for anglers looking for power, reliability and excellent value in one compact package.
