Cooper DehookerPro Hook Remover

The Cooper DehookerPro™ Hook Remover uses a unique 180° reversing mechanism to rotate the hook out instead of pulling it straight back. This allows for quick, controlled hook removal while minimising fish handling and helping keep both the fish and angler safe.

Made from high-grade stainless steel and designed in New Zealand, it is ideal for small to medium hooks and species such as Snapper, Kahawai and Trevally.

  How to Use

  1. Engage the hook by placing the hook eye into the V-shaped section indicated by the arrow.
  2. Close the handle and twist/turn the tool to rotate the hook out.
  3. Close the handle fully. A gentle push and pull may be required to release the barb and remove the hook.
